December 20, 2011: Times Television Network with its bouquet of news and entertainment channels announces the appointment of Ayesha Surty as Head, Syndication and Digital Revenues. Based out of Mumbai, Ayesha will focus on building relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities with content and brand presence across platforms.
Ayesha will report into Avinash Kaul, CEO zoOm and ET NOW, who is driving the syndication and digital initiatives of Times Television Network.
Ayesha is an MBA from Mumbai with 12.5 years of experience and comes with a wealth of management and marketing skills that she has honed across industry. Her last assignment was as the associate director – Content Sales & Digital Media at Imagine TV with a mandate of maximizing distribution and monetizing all content produced by the channel brands.
Commenting on Ayesha’s appointment, Avinash Kaul said, “Times Television Network has a significant presence across digital platforms and content syndication. Content of the network channels is deployed across all major digital platforms and to various national and international broadcasters. Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. appoints Nalin Gagrani as Head of its Consumer Business. He will also lead the marketing function at Hungama - brand building and communication for consumers, trade, partners; mobile, online and social media marketing, insights and research, as well as corporate communications and will be responsible for the direct to consumer business including Hungama.com and all its affiliates, product, CRM, Alliances and the Hungama retail business.

Nalin brings with him 18 years of experience across sectors like telecom, airlines, retail and beverages. His last assignment was as the Head of Marketing at Aircel- Mumbai and Maharashtra circle. He has also worked in leadership positions at organisations such as Kingfisher, Pantaloon, Vodafone Essar and Jet Airways. An engineer by qualification, Nalin holds a post graduate degree in Management from NMIMS.
